Tong Seng Coffeeshop, which has been operating on 496 North Bridge Road for at least 10 years and expanded into the air-conditioned second level of the shophouse building just a few years ago to accommodate more patrons, will officially shut its doors on the eve of Hari Raya Haji, Oct. 15.

 

News are spreading around that Tong Seng Coffeeshop which is one of the few fully Halal coffeeshop is closing its doors soon. I personally love their chicken rice and the road side ambience of the place whether day or night. It is believed that the owner of the premises sold the entire place to another party. Various blogs such as “coconut singapore” and “the halal food blogger” readers and bloggers have also confirmed this.
