Old Man found dead in Singapore River

Singapore Civil Defence Force personnel retrieved a man’s body out of the Singapore River. The man was described by an eyewitness as an old Chinese man wearing long black pants and a light brown shirt that was unbuttoned at the chest. SCDF paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
